If you think you have the kind of legal problem we can handle, please call our Legal Helpline to see if you are eligible for assistance. We will ask you some questions such as:
- What is your name?
- Where do you live?
- With whom are you having a problem (Adverse party)?
- Who lives in your household?
- What is your household income?
- What are your household assets?
If we determine that you are eligible for help, we will make an appointment to have one of our attorneys call you back to discuss your problem. Call-back appointments are typically available within 2 to 3 business days. We will respond to emergency situations more quickly.

Help for the Hearing Impaired
Help for the Hearing Impaired is available by dialing 711, Florida Relay Service, to conference call with your TTY service.

You can also apply online using your smartphone, a computer, or tablet. When you apply online you will need to answer some questions about yourself, your household, your income, your expenses, and the name of the person or company with whom you are having a problem.
After we receive your complete online application, an Intake Specialist will call you to verify the information that you provided.
