If you think you have the kind of legal problem we can handle, please call our Legal Helpline to see if you are eligible for help. We will ask you some questions such as:
- What is your name?
- Where do you live?
- With whom are you having a problem (Adverse party)?
- Who lives in your household?
- What is your household income?
- What are your household assets?
If we determine that you are eligible for help, we will make an appointment to have one of our attorneys call you back to discuss your problem. Call-back appointments are usually available within 2 to 3 business days. We will respond to emergency situations more quickly.

You can also apply online using your smartphone, a computer, or tablet. When you apply online you will need to answer questions about yourself, the adverse party that you have a legal problem with, your household, your income and your expenses. After we receive your complete online application, an Intake Specialist will call you to verify the information that you provided.
