Three Rivers Legal Services is available to assist individuals who have questions about their eligibility for state or federal unemployment benefits, including assistance with filing your benefits claim, questions about your application, denials or terminations of benefits, or questions about your benefit amount. What can Three Rivers Legal Services do to help you get or keep your government/public benefits?

Three Rivers helps with some public benefits issues including; Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicare and Medicaid, and other types of state or federal aid. For Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) we are currently only representing individuals who have received a notice that their benefits will be terminated, commonly known as a cessation notice.
