Public Benefits
Three Rivers offers assistance with public benefits including Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicare and Medicaid, food stamps and other types of state or federal aid.
With disability claims (SSDI/SSI), we generally represent clients only after their claim has been denied after reconsideration and is at the point of requesting a hearing. For residents of Alachua County, Three Rivers is running a pilot project to assist homeless individuals in their application for benefits.
