Family Law Attorney Needed
Three Rivers Legal Services is in need of a family law attorney to assist a young woman in Levy County. She is seeking dissolution of marriage from her husband of ten years and is in need of help with securing primary physical residence of her young children, child support and visitation. The parties have been buying their home and she needs help to make sure she and her children can remain in the home until they reach the age of majority.
Probate Attorney Needed
We are looking for an attorney to help a disabled individual obtain clear title to the home where he presently lives. The home was owned by his mother who passed away recently. The mother did not have a will, however, our client’s only other sibling has stated that she will sign over her interest in the property for the benefit of her brother. Once clear title is established, our client will be able to obtain homestead exemption and much needed repairs on the home.
